For Laboratory registrations you may choose one of several locations:

To register for services at Tahoe Forest Hospital enter through the emergency room entrance and check in with the patient registration representative.

Radiology registrations enter through the emergency room entrance and go directly to the Radiology Department.

For after-hours, weekends or in an emergency registration, go directly to the emergency room desk and check in with the Patient Registration Representative. Our Emergency Room is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
