Boot Camp designed to help you reach your goals in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

This 6-week program includes:
Pre- and post-fitness testing and biometric screening
Two weekly energizing Boot Camp classes
Accountability through nutrition and exercise tracking
Weekly wellness topics tailored to your needs
Support from you coach and your fellow boot campers!

$180 for 6- week session
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 - 630 pm
