Measure C Website Launched- Outlines Existing and Planned Projects
Tahoe Forest Hospital District Launches Website as a Community Resource
Tahoe Forest Hospital District develops Measure C website as a community resource on all Measure C Projects and correlating documents. The site is located at www.measurecprojects.com and can also be accessed from the main Tahoe Forest Hospital District site at www.tfhd.com.
Key components of the new Measure C website include access to the Facilities Development Plan; phasing and timing of projects; links to other resource sites such as the Tahoe Forest Hospital Measure C Citizens Oversight Committee; access to numerous reports like the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) mitigated negative declaration, community survey summary, a campus development plan map and Bond Resolution document.
“The Measure C Website gives people an abundance of information on enhancements being made to Tahoe Forest Hospital,” said Maia Schneider, director of community development, Tahoe Forest Health System. “With the support of our community, day to day we work to provide the highest caliber healthcare to our patients. We’re very grateful for the overwhelming support.”
The Tahoe Forest Cancer Center is the first visible Measure C project to start. The Cancer Center is a proud affiliate of the UC Davis Cancer Network, an organization that unites five hospital-based cancer centers for the purpose of delivering high quality cancer care in rural settings.
