Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Introductory Workshop

Explore the effects of stress and how to cultivate more effective coping strategies in life with Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

The workshop consists of mindfulness meditation, gentle movement (yoga/Qigong), mindful eating and class discussion on ways to cultivate a more calm and healthy life.
