Moderate Intensity

Morning Stretch - This is the perfect way to start out the morning or round out that morning workout. Gentle stretches and simple yoga poses help improve balance, circulation and improve posture. This is a thirty minute class perfect for all fitness levels. Good Morning! Yoga Mat recommended!

Yoga/Stretch - This is a fusion of traditional yoga principles and dynamic stretching. Yoga principles with a gentle fitness application. Whether you are new to yoga or a veteran, our signature formula enables you to customize your workout. Perfect for cyclists, skiers and runners! All fitness levels are welcome! Yoga mat recommended!

T'ai Chi for Fitness - Easy-to-follow series of Ta'i movements incorporated with Chi Gung to enhance relaxation, flexibility, functional strength and concentration. The benefits are endless! A must try! Suitable for all levels. Yoga mat recommended!

Gym Stick - A non-impact, total body, fat burning class that utilizes the Gym Stick. The Gym Stick has been popular in Europe for years and has made its way here for you to try! The Gym Stick is an innovative tool that comes in four resistance levels making it ideal for all levels.

Drums Alive - When we drum and dance, we have fun! Release endorphins and dispel negative feelings! Rhythmical patterns drummed on Stability balls choreographed to music helps improve mental awareness and self-acceptance. Open to all fitness levels ready to experience a cutting-edge cardio fitness program!

Senior Fitness Circuit - For the young at heart! A class designed to get stronger so the body can move with ease, confidence and effectiveness! Get steadier and more balanced as you develop new body awareness and control, enhancing your ability to move those golden shoes!

Higher Intensity

BOSU ® Circuit - Athletic intense and more fun than a three ring circus. This circuit class uses the BOSU ® Balance Trainer to burn calories, tone muscles and shape your body from head-to-toe. Come ready for teamwork, games, drills and balance challenges. Great for all fitness levels!

Step, Strength and Endurance Training - Signature strength and toning techniques using step, hand weights are accompanied by cardiovascular, endurance, muscle strength and toning exercises to create one of the best workouts ever! All fitness levels welcome!

Core Conditioning - This class is designed to work every muscle head-to-toe in a fun and challenging way. By focusing on the "core" you will gain overall strength, balance and stabilization. Class is designed using exercises that use your own body weight, weights and stability balls.

Boot Camp - Pace yourself, or go to the limit in this ultimate circuit workout. Improve cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance boot camp style. Resistance training stations, cardiovascular drills, a whistle and great music make this the best workout around!

Sports Specific

Indoor Cycling - Bring your outdoor cycling training indoors! Geared for both novice and veteran exercisers. Experience athletic, adrenaline pumping, authentic cycling drills all done to music within a group setting. Compu-Trainers will be available on a limited basis for those looking to clock hours in the saddle! This class is a sign-up class.

Ski Conditioning - Sharpen those edges and strengthen those legs, ski seasons around the corner! A class designed with ski specific movement patterns. Improve your flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, balance and leg strength.

Nordic Ski Conditioning - Are you ready to skate ski? Well get ready! A class designed with Nordic Ski specific movement patterns. Improve your flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, balance and total body strength.

Pilates

Pilates Mat Level 1 - Alignment is the key to success! Concepts of integrated movement patterns developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates consists of developing core strength and flexibility which allows for achievements in muscular balance, core strength and flexibility. Designed to cater to the beginner and/or intermediate.

Pilates Mat Level 2 - Same foundation of program design as mat level 1. This person has developed the skills necessary to take their Pilates to the next level challenging themselves more. This class is designed to cater to intermediate and the advanced person.
