Gifts of Cash, Check, or Credit Card

Checks and Credit Card Contributions may be mailed directly to Tahoe Forest Hospital Foundation. Please complete the Donation Form and send to: Tahoe Forest Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 2508, Truckee, CA 96160. Checks should be made out to Tahoe Forest Hospital Foundation. Please include details about how you would like us to designate your contribution.

Securities

Gifts of appreciated securities are easy to make and can offer you significant tax advantages. Please call our office at 530.550.2300 or download Stock Transfer Instructions for your convenience.

Matching Gifts

Many employers often will double or triple your contribution. Contact your company's human resource department for instructions for making a matching gift.

Planned Giving

Planned or deferred gifts, such as charitable trusts, life income gifts, gift annuities, real estate and bequests may provide you with tax advantages and income. Please consider maximizing the amount of assets that will pass to your heirs and beneficiaries and provide a meaningful legacy to the Tahoe Forest Health System. Tahoe Forest Health System Endowment

Be part of our legacy as your gift benefits the Health System in perpetuity. We are a proud partner with Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation, who holds our endowment fund. You may designate endowment gifts to a specific department, program, or to the "area of most need."
