Nikki Dean, E-RYT 500, CES, BS

Wellness Neighborhood Program Coordinator

Nikki has been teaching yoga and stress reduction classes, privates, courses and workshops across the U.S. and internationally since 2003, with students ranging from cancer patients to professional athletes. Formerly trained in the styles of Hatha, Kripalu and Vinyasa yoga, Nikki is also a certified Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep, guided meditation) teacher, a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist and holds a B.S. in Communications from Cornell University. Her flowing teaching style emphasizes moving with breath to cultivate body awareness, inner strength and well being. Nikki seeks to make yoga and meditation approachable and accessible to every body in every condition. Integrating the practice of mindfulness into every session, Nikki hopes to inspire personal insights and connections that lead to deep and lasting healing of the body, mind and spirit.
