<p>Tahoe Forest Health System announced the arrival of the first baby of the new year born on January 1, 2021, at 1:03 p.m. The first baby was delivered by OB-GYN, Cara Streit, MD.</p> <p>Baby Joleaha Kincade weighed in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and measured 20 inches long.
