Tahoe Forest Hospital (TFH) announces its new location for its outpatient lab draw services as it continues to implement infection prevention measures for your protection. In order to decrease entry into Tahoe Forest Hospital, the TFH laboratory is moving its outpatient lab services to the Medical Office Building at 10956 Donner Pass Road, Suite 240.

Draw station hours:

  • Week of March 24 – 27:  8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Starting week of March 30: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm

The lab will be closed for lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm, and will be closed Saturdays and Sundays. Only patients with emergent lab orders will be seen in the hospital for lab draws on weekends.

Patients presenting with fever or cough will speak with a lab scientist and may be directed to another Tahoe Forest site for their draw.

Appointments are not available at this time at TFH. The lab staff at the new outpatient lab services location can be reached at (530) 582-6234.

Routine lab draws will be available at this new location, and services will continue to be offered at our Tahoe City lab draw site. Patients of physicians, NPs, or PAs on the 2nd floor of the Cancer Center will have access to that draw site.

IVCH will continue to provide lab services for patients requiring care in Incline. Patients presenting at IVCH with fever or cough will be asked to call the COVID-19 Hotline and may be asked to go to the clinic in Truckee for their lab draw.

If you are experiencing fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please call the Tahoe Forest Health System COVID-19 Hotline at (530) 582-3450, from 9am - 4pm, 7 days a week. For all other questions related to COVID-19, please contact your county health department:
