Proper nutrition is about balance, discipline and common sense.
• Learn how to use nutrition to get the most of your athletic performance
• Learn ways to schedule for fuel and hydration
• Pre-game, during event and post-game nutrition strategies

Jill Whisler,MS, RDN

Jill is a well-regarded expert in the field of nutrition, fitness, and wellness. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a certified Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and has completed the certification of both Adult and Pediatric Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

In her "free" time, Jill placed in the top 12 women in Arizona Ironman 2012. She has competed in the International Triathlon Association Worlds Championship for Olympic distance triathlon in London 2013, Canada in 2014 and Chicago 2015-placing 18th in the world, 6th for Team USA.
