Yoga for Resilient Recovery

How can a yoga practice help us to build the tools of resilience? How can we use these tools to help in recovery from illness or injury, creating a healthier relationship with the innate wisdom of our bodies? This workshop will explore simple and accessible practices to reconnect with our resilient nature and support a deeper capacity for healing. We will focus on breath and gentle movement, and there will be resources to take home to continue your practice. No prior yoga experience is necessary - all bodies are welcome!
