Life feeling out of balance? Taking care of everyone but yourself? Ready for change, but don’t know where to start? Make 2020 the year of purpose, power and possibilities!

Learn tools to cope with life's daily challenges from experts in their fields. Whether its stress, insomnia, nutrition, lack of energy, feeling overwhelmed, or general habit change, we have you covered!

Each session consists of education, discussion, and goal setting to help you apply what you have learned to your daily life. New topics each month - attend any or all!

Sessions take place every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, 5:15 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at the Tahoe Forest Center for Health. Registration requested, but not required.

Thursday, March 12 Overcoming Burnout in the Healing and Helping Professions: Whether you are taking care of patients or patrons, work-related burnout is real. In fact, job burnout is one of the main drivers of poor physical and mental well-being. Learn from Sunee’s first-hand experience on how burnout affected her physical, mental and social well-being and how she learned to hold boundaries, practice self-care and get back to a place where she was able to approach her work as a clinician with passion. You will also learn practical mindfulness-based interventions with Justine Nelsen, MS, IWC, to combat the symptoms of burnout.  Sunee Zrno, LMFT
