Celebrating Athletic Trainers – Experts in injury prevention & rehabilitation
March is National Athletic Training Month, a time to recognize the crucial role Athletic Trainers (ATCs) play in keeping people active, healthy, and injury-free. ATCs are highly skilled healthcare professionals specializing in injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
At Tahoe Forest, our Certified Athletic Trainers work in high schools with action sports athletes and with skiers and snowboarders, providing expert care both on and off the field. They offer immediate injury management and personalized rehabilitation programs to help athletes recover, perform at their best, and stay safe. Athletic Trainers are more than just sideline responders—they are essential healthcare providers dedicated to helping people of all activity levels move safely, recover effectively, and reach their goals.
This month, we celebrate the hard work and expertise of our Athletic Training team, who keep our community strong, active, and thriving!
