Alana Zimmer, DPT, CSCS

Alana received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York University. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist specializing in orthopedics with an emphasis on knees and shoulders, sports medicine and injury prevention.

After many years of competitive skiing and snowboarding, she continues to share her love for the mountains by returning patients to their active lifestyles. Alana believes in a balance of strength and mobility for her patients to continue to prosper in their chosen activities.

In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing and running.
