The first mindfulness workshop of 2020 is focused on Building Emotional Resistance. This workshop will help you develop skills to better cope with difficult thoughts and emotions by incorporating mindfulness practices in your life.
This workshop is led by Justine Nelson, a new member to the Center for Health team! She is a certified integrative Wellness Coach, born and raised in Lake Tahoe and is very excited to lead this great program.
If you would like to join us, the workshop is on Mondays, February 10th-March 2nd, from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
