ACL Post Op Rehabilitation
This ACL class is primarily for participants that have had an ACL injury or reconstruction surgery who are wanting further strengthening. This is a higher level, fast-paced class in a small group format. Participants need to have a strong baseline knowledge of exercise form and alignment. The goal is to help participants return to their sport physical therapy goals!

Wednesdays, February 2nd-23rd | 4:00pm - 5:00pm | $80

Authentic Wellness: Self-Love and Compassion for Yourself and Others 
We will discuss how to embrace the opportunity of loving “what is”, instead of focusing on “what is not”. You will learn techniques for showing yourself compassion and forgiveness that will help you with being gentle and kind to yourself and others. Led by Zunee Zrno, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Infant Nutrition
Learn when and how to introduce solid foods to your baby. Foster a healthy relationship with food, right from the start, using a baby-led approach! Learn how to safely and nutritiously start your infant on a path to healthfully eating a wide variety of foods.

Each month, our Registered Dietitian, Lisa Fligor, will provide a fun and interactive cooking demo. You get to taste test and take home easy, healthy, and delicious recipes!
