Total Joint Class
Are you considering total joint replacement surgery?¬†This class is designed for individuals scheduled for surgery, as well as for anyone who would like to learn more about these procedures. This class includes an overview of the total joint procedure, how to prepare, mock training for the first days of post-op, exercises, and how to use a walker or cane. Please bring an assistive device if available and wear comfortable clothing. This class is free for anyone who wants to learn more about total joint replacement.
