Fitness Update

Despite all of the current restrictions, our fitness programs have been going as strong as they possible can. Here are some quick updates:

  • Virtual Group Fitness is gaining momentum. Any new member can try out all of the classes for a week free! We also just added an 11:00 'Social Hour' on Mondays, which gives everyone a chance to stay more connected.
  • Boot Camp starts in person on March 8th and is held twice weekly. Summer months will be here soon, and this is a great way to get ready for it!
  • Personal Training, Buddy Training, Yoga Basics, and Intro to Pilates Reformer are all held in person, and limited to a minimum number of attendees.
