Strawberry Oat Smoothie

Strawberries make this smoothie delicious but any spring berry or fruit will work. Swap out for your preferences. This quick and filling smoothie is packed with fiber and will keep you satisfied for hours.

Ingredients

  • ½ cut rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 ½ -2 cups frozen strawberries (if using fresh add ½ cup of ice and reduce milk to 2/3 cup)
  • 6 ounces greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup milk ( dairy, almond, oats etc)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Blend oats and chia seeds together in a blender to a fine consistency. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 large smoothie.
