This 4-part workshop series will teach you various mindfulness techniques to help build healthy habits and daily routines around sleep, diet, physical movement/exercise, and getting in touch with your creative flow

Dynamic Aging Workshop
In order to age dynamically, you need to ensure all parts of your body keep moving with ease and strength!¬†This 4-week workshop will teach participants how to start waking up parts of their body that have been 'asleep' for a while, and also how to start building more movement into their life

For parents and infants, newborn to crawling, this hands-on workshop promotes bonding and communication, while improving baby‚Äôs circulation and digestion, easing tension, increasing relaxation, and reducing fussiness. Led by Linda Mackenzie, RN, Certified Infant Massage Instructor.

Living Well with a Chronic Condition (Virtual)
Whether you are dealing with pain, struggling with sleep or having difficulty maintaining your relationships
Living Well will provide a safe, supportive environment for you to learn to take charge of your health.¬†This program is appropriate for adults with chronic pain or any chronic health condition.
Join us for 6-weekly classes and learn:
- How to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep
- Exercises for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility, and endurance
- Communicating effectively with family, friends, and health professionals
- Appropriate use of medications
- Anti-inflammatory nutrition
- Decision making strategies
- How to evaluate new treatment options

Kick it up a notch with this 4-week, results driven fitness and weight loss program. Boot Camp is designed to help you reach your goals in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Pre and post-fitness testing and biometric screening
- Two weekly energizing classes led by a certified personal trainer
- Accountability and supplemental information on nutrition and stress relief
- Support from your coach and fellow Boot Campers

Students Will Learn:¬†2 hour workshop for students who are interested in learning more about yoga!
- Basic Yoga poses and how to execute them safely and comfortably for their body.
- Attend group exercise yoga classes with a new familiarity for the names and poses frequently used.
- Yoga in a safe, non-competitive environment with other beginners.
