Sandy Deason, RN, LCCE

Sandy started her nursing career, in Labor and Delivery, eleven years ago, in Boston. She has been with Tahoe Forest Health System for six years, as a Labor and Delivery RN.

Sandy has taken on other roles at Tahoe Forest, as a float RN, for the ECC, a Covid Hotline triage RN, a Nurse Unit Based Educator, a Bereavement Coordinator for perinatal demise, and most recently, a Prenatal Educator for expecting parents. Sandy has six years of experience teaching classes, as a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator. She is very passionate about teaching and that is shown in the way she teaches her classes.
