Linda has passion for Integrative Healthcare. Linda has been working as a Registered Nurse throughout the Sierras since 1981 as a Labor & Delivery Nurse and specializing in the education of childbearing families in relaxation, breath work, movement & massage. Later, Linda became a Community Wellness Educator teaching Wellness & Health Enhancement skills and coordinating an Integrative Healthcare taskforce for the hospital & community.
Linda became interested in Biofeedback as it melded these concepts and emphasized wellness. She was impressed how easy and quick it was for people to learn to self-regulate their parasympathetic nervous system thus getting to states of relaxation, mindfulness & coherence.  In 2002, Linda became a Certified Biofeedback Therapist and instructs people throughout the Truckee and Lake Tahoe region on these helpful Biofeedback practices.
When not training Biofeedback techniques or working at Tahoe Forest Women & Family Center you can find Linda enjoying the fresh air and serene environment of Lake Tahoe with her partner Steve and their dog Hannah.
