2-Hour Workshop for Students Who Are Interested in Trying Out Yoga

Benefits of yoga can include increased flexibility, strength and body awareness, along with mental focus and emotional relaxation.

Class will be held in the Group Exercise Room at the Tahoe Forest Center for Health and Sports Performance on 10710 Donner Pass Rd, Truckee

Cost: $30/class; pre-registration required

Limited to 6 participants

Coral teaches thoughtfully sequenced classes, focused on muscular engagement and postural alignment, connecting breath with fluid movement, with an element of fun and play, as a practice to integrate the body, mind and spirit.
