Nourishing a toddler is tough! Do you ever wonder if you're 'doing it right' or curious on how to do it better?

Join us for a one-hour class, plus a 30-minute Q & A covering these topics:

This class is geared for parents of toddlers aged 12 months to 4 years old. (Or grandparents, caregivers, or anyone interested in learning!)

Dana Dose is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist. She has been raising her own healthy eaters, ages 2 and 5, while supporting local families' nutrition needs at the Tahoe Forest MSC Pediatrics office since 2019 and patients of all ages for over 10 years.
