Are you interested in learning about the practice of yoga? Would you like to start experiencing the benefits of a practice that meets you where you are, and offers support for physical and mental wellness both on and off the mat? Have you taken a few classes and want a deeper, more personal understanding of yoga’s history and benefits? Join us for a 4-week exploration of yoga, a practice with roots in South Asia that explores breath, movement, ethics, and concentration.
Each class will begin with conversation around the week’s theme, followed by 45 to 60 minutes of beginner practice. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
