Chair Yoga

Using a chair for support makes yoga accessible for those who may have limited mobility or balance, and is also a great way for beginners to build a practice safely.

We will gently move and open the body, building flexibility and strength through the 4 weeks of class. Our practice will include a warm-up to improve circulation, poses for balance and strength, poses for flexibility, and a guided relaxation to calm the nervous system. A printed sequence will be provided to all participants, so you can continue to practice at home.
