Initially drawn to yoga to help balance her athletic lifestyle and photography career, Lisa believes movement is pure artistic expression of the deepest parts of our soul as well as a method to find our way to a greater source within. Lisa continues to be astounded by the magnitude of yoga, and feels her yoga journey has only just begun, remaining open to it's continued evolution. Lisa has over 1500 hours of teaching experience and has been teaching since 2013. Lisa is also an avid backpacker and snowboarder. She loves the outdoors and this amazing place we get to call home. Join her for $5 Happy Hour Yoga Wednesdays at 8:45 am, and start your weekend with an All Levels Yoga class, Saturdays at 9:15 am.
