There is something for everyone! We offer a full spectrum of classes and programs to get you moving and help you stay energized.
For athletes training to return to sport after knee or lower extremity injuries. Classes are offered in Truckee, Tahoe City, and Incline Village.

Class meets weekly for 4 weeks
Cost: $90
Join us for an all-levels practice to build a deeper connection with yourself and your community. Our practice will begin with 30 minutes of gentle flow followed by grounding restorative poses to finish. No yoga experience is necessary, and all movement will be slowly paced and mindfully sequenced. This class is offered free of charge, with the intention of bringing the community together for movement and connection.

A safe, effective, and fun medically based exercise class for the community. This 60 minute class includes cardiovascular workouts on equipment, strength training, and balance & stretching. All ages and fitness levels welcome, and no referral or diagnosis needed.

Preparatory steps
DO: It is recommended you maintain your normal routines the day before testing, including fluid intake. Since fluid levels are measured we recommend you use the restroom immediately before the test. You will need to remove shoe and socks for the test.
DON’T: Eat a large meal or participate in heavy exercise for at least 3 hours before the test. It is recommended not to consume alcohol or excess caffeine for at least 24 hours before the test.
If one or more of the following apply, you are not eligible for the test:
- Prosthetic limbs
- Artificial Electrical Implants (pacemaker or defibrillator)
- Currently Pregnant
- Currently Menstruating

Alignment is the key to success! Pilates consists of developing strength and flexibility which allows for achievements in muscular balance, core strength and flexibility. Experience Pilates Reformer in a fun group atmosphere of up to 6 people at a lower cost. *Prior experience, pre-registration and additional fees are required for these great classes. Group participants may need to complete an intro class or private Pilates reformer session before joining a group.
