Substance Use Navigator

Substance Use Navigators (SUNs) support patients in accessing substance use resources at the hospital in the Addiction Medicine clinic as well as community resources including AA, NA, IOP, and inpatient rehab. SUNs are available to meet with patients in the Addiction Medicine clinic or when patients present to the Emergency Department. SUNs are generally available 7 days a week.
