COVID-19 Vaccine
The importance of vaccinations in stopping the spread of COVID-19 cannot be underestimated. Vaccination is a powerful tool for halting this deadly disease.Â
The national COVID-19 vaccine roll-out is in the early stages, and supplies of the vaccine are very limited. As production and availability of the vaccine increases, we anticipate being able to offer the vaccines more broadly under appropriate public health guidelines.
Vaccine Availability
Please do not call your physician’s office, as they cannot schedule a COVID vaccine for you. Incline Village Community Hospital (IVCH) is partnering with Washoe County Health District on the COVID-19 vaccine for residents over the age of 70. IVCH receives limited supplies of vaccines for our community, and we are notified weekly if we will receive a shipment.
Based on our vaccine supply, we are unable to take additional appointments at this time. Currently, we are experiencing unprecedented demand for the vaccine.Â
Please check back on this website (www.inclinehospital.com) for additional information and updates on availability. Also note that IVCH is only allowed to vaccinate patients according to directives of Washoe County tier system.

The best place to find information about the availability and distribution of the vaccine in our community is from the Washoe County public health office:Â

Please monitor emails from our electronic health record MyChart, as well as our website and our Facebook page for updates and information on how to schedule for the vaccine as it becomes available.
