Create space for deep rest, support and repair during this Restorative Yoga workshop. We will discuss some of the benefits and principles of Restorative Yoga, then spend approximately 90 minutes in a nourishing practice. Restorative Yoga uses many props to support the body in long holds which allow deep relaxation of muscles, connective tissue and the mind. Suitable for all bodies, this is an excellent practice for those new to yoga, recovering from injury or illness, or simply looking for a practice that serves as an antidote to our stressful, busy lives.
