As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Liz recognizes each patient’s unique needs as she helps them learn about the resources available to them while prioritizing next steps. When the shift is made from being reactive to proactive with regards to our health, we become our own expert, fostering a collaborative relationship with our healthcare team. Liz has a BS in exercise physiology, an MBA, and has completed post-graduate studies in positive psychology and public health. She is a Wellcoaches certified wellness coach and an American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer.
