Virtual Group Exercise Program
Join us for group fitness classes, all online! It's more than just exercise: get moving, get support, and stay connected! Live classes are offered Monday-Friday from all of your favorite instructors.
$45 for monthly membership, $10 drop in.

Have you always wanted to try Pilates Reformer Classes? Here is your chance to see if these classes are a good fit for you! This workshop will introduce you to the benefits of Pilates and how to use the Reformer. Cardio Bootcamp
Kick It Up a Notch! Start the New Year off right with this 6-week results driven fitness and functional strength program. Boot Camp is designed to help you reach your goals in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

  • Two weekly energizing Boot Camp classes led by a certified personal trainer

Mental Training helps tame the noise of distraction, focus on the task at hand, and achieve results. One-on-one mental performance training tailors the use of foundational skills to the specific personality, strengths, and goals of any individual.

Personal Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness Training
