Aspire to be an integrated partner in an exceptionally healthy and thriving community.

The Community Health Index is designed to measure Tahoe Forest Health System’s progress in contributing to a healthy and thriving community.  The priority areas align with identified community health needs and the metrics are a representative sample to monitor improvement over time.

Healthy People 2030, California Healthy Kids Survey, and the UCLA Loneliness Scale were used for bench marking and goal setting.
