Description

This group coaching and educational program is designed to support women through the menopause transition. In six sessions, we will focus on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and preventative health to help you feel empowered, strong, and vibrant in midlife and beyond.

Program Features:

10/13 Week 1: Understanding Menopause, Changing the Narrative Around Menopause and Aging

  • Why and how women must adapt
  • Embracing midlife as a time of growth & renewal
  • Rewriting negative narratives around aging
  • Cultivating self-compassion & body confidence
  • Creating a mid-life wellness vision

10/20 Week 2: Nutrition for the Menopause Transition

10/27 Week 3: Strength Training & Movement for Midlife Health

  • Why muscle mass matters
  • Building better bones
  • Finding the right balance: Strength vs. cardio vs. recovery

11/3 Week 4: Nutrition for the Menopause Transition

11/10 Week 5: Stress, Sleep, and Brain Fog

  • How menopause impacts sleep quality, stress, and brain fog
  • Circadian rhythm and sleep hygiene strategies
  • Lifestyle changes for better rest, recovery, and cognition
  • Mindfulness, breathwork & relaxation techniques
  • Creating a personalized stress-management toolkit

11/17 Week 6: Prioritizing Preventative Health & Integration & Action Plan for Long-Term Success

  • Cardiovascular disease risk and the menopause transition
  • Essential health screenings in midlife (bone density, heart health, cancer screenings)
  • Advocating for your health with medical providers
  • The importance of community & peer support
  • Troubleshooting challenges & barriers
  • Action planning for long-term health
