Are you pregnant or a new mom? Learn the best exercises to improve or avoid pain or any other common conditions during pregnancy or exercises to help you get fit as a new mom or to help tackle things like back or neck pain. Need some bladder control while sneezing or running? These classes will address these issues and more in a fun, safe environment! Bring any concerns or questions you may have. Our physical therapists are trained in treating pelvic floor dysfunction including treating common prenatal and postnatal conditions. Learning appropriate exercises in physical therapy has been shown to decrease the incidence of pain and injury during pregnancy and hasten recovery after delivery.
