Fitness Membership
We are a medically-based fitness center providing a safe, comfortable environment for you to meet your fitness and wellness goals and have fun while doing it.

Group Exercise 
Add variety to your fitness regimen with our targeted, state-of-the-art group exercise classes for individuals of all fitness levels. All classes have a specific focus to optimize your health and fitness, including Self-Massage and Restorative Pilates, Gentle and All Levels Yoga, Barre Above and Active Aging specific classes like Fitness Forever and Silver Sneakers.

Silver Sneakers
The Silver Sneakers Membership includes access to our Fitness Center, cardio and strength equipment, Silver Sneakers group exercise classes and lockers, showers and towels.

Pre and Post Physical Rehabilitation
We offer a variety of classes designed to help you before and after surgery and during your transition from physical therapy to independent training. We can help you recover faster and stronger!

Fitness Forever
This senior program has been inspiring men and women to fitness for over 13 years. Cardio endurance segment features low and non‐impact aerobic dance. Weight lifting segment uses small hand weights and resistance bands to sculpt and tone muscles while building endurance. Combined with balance, flexibility and functional fitness, this is a great class for seniors of all fitness levels! Fitness Forever occurs Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10:00 am every week.

Pilates Reformer Classes
Alignment is the key to success! Pilates consists of developing strength and flexibility which allows for achievements in muscular balance, core strength and flexibility. Pilates sessions may be purchased on an individual basis or in discounted multiple visit packages. We offer Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer Small Group Classes and Pilates Reformer Personal Training.

Personal Training
Our professional staff will make sure that you are exercising effectively and appropriately to meet your fitness goals in a safe and enjoyable environment. Personal training sessions may be purchased on an individual basis or in discounted multiple visit packages.

Cardiovascular Fitness Test
This graded exercise test is performed by an Exercise Physiologist on a treadmill to determine aerobic capacity and fitness level, as well as target heart rate zones to achieve optimal performance. This test can help you determine the proper exercise intensity to achieve your personal goal, whether your goal is to lose weight, to improve your fitness level, or to optimize your health.  This fitness test also includes an exercise prescription to help set you up for success! 

Cost: $125 for 60 minute appointment

Mental Performance Training
Every performance endeavor is affected by our mindsets. Mental training helps tame the noise of distraction, focus on the task at hand, and achieve results. One-on-one mental performance training tailors the use of the following foundational skills to the specific personality, strengths and goals of any individual and/or groups. Training will include monitoring and controlling anxiety and energy levels, motivation, goal setting, how we talk to ourselves/what we think about confidence, imagery/visualization, focus and attention, breathing and centering, pre- and post-performance routines and mindfulness.

Tahoe Forest Heart to Heart- Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation
Have you experienced a heart attack or heart event? Heart to Heart is a medically monitored exercise and education program delivered by Cardiac Nurses and Exercise Physiologists. Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
