Fitness Membership
We are a medically-based fitness center providing a safe, comfortable environment for you to meet your fitness and wellness goals and have fun while doing it.

Group Exercise 
Add variety to your fitness regimen with our targeted, stateof-the-art group exercise classes for individuals of all fitness levels. All classes have a specific focus to optimize your health and fitness, including Self-Massage and Restorative Pilates, Gentle and All Levels Yoga, Barre Above and Active Aging specific classes like Fitness Forever and Silver Sneakers.

Silver Sneakers
The Silver Sneakers Membership includes access to our Fitness Center, cardio and strength equipment, Silver Sneakers group exercise classes and lockers, showers and towels.

Pre and Post Physical Rehabilitation
We offer a variety of classes designed to help you before and after surgery and during your transition from physical therapy to independent training. We can help you recover faster and stronger!

Total Joint Replacement Small Group Training Program

Boot Camp is Back!
Join us for this 6-week results-driven fitness and weight loss program. Boot Camp is designed to help you reach your goals in a safe and supportive atmosphere. This 6-week program includes:

  • Pre- and post-fitness testing and biometric screening
  • Two weekly energizing Boot Camp classes lead by a certified personal trainer - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm
  • Accountability through nutrition and exercise tracking
  • Weekly wellness topics, recipes and discussions
  • Support from your coach and your fellow boot campers

Fitness Forever
This senior program has been inspiring men and women to fitness for over 13 years. Cardio endurance segment features low and non‐impact aerobic dance. Weight lifting segment uses small hand weights and resistance bands to sculpt and tone muscles while building endurance. Combined with balance, flexibility and functional fitness, this is a great class for seniors of all fitness levels! Fitness Forever occurs Monday and Friday at 10am every week.

Pilates Reformer Classes
Alignment is the key to success! Pilates consists of of developing strength and flexibility which allows for achievements in muscular balance, core strength and flexibility. Pilates sessions may be purchased on an individual basis or in discounted multiple visit packages. We offer Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer Small Group Classes and Pilates Reformer Personal Training.

Personal Training

Heart to Heart Cardiac Rehabilitation
Have you experienced a heart attack or heart event? Heart to Heart is a medically monitored exercise and education program delivered by Cardiac Nurses and Exercise Physiologists. Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Heart to Heart Exercise Program
Are you looking for more supervision with your exercise? Our professional team of nurses and Exercise Physiologists monitor heart rate, blood pressure and exertion levels. Participants are given a workout plan utilizing strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and stretching. Classes are one hour every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 7:15 am, 8:30 am and 9:30 am.
