In July we will be joined by Registered Dietitian, Lisa Fligor, to focus on nutrition and brain health as we age. We will discuss the main components that make up the MIND diet and ways to practically implement these recommendations into your daily routine. This will include a brief cooking demonstration, recipes and of course, delicious taste testing.
