We have new programs this month, teaching you how to make diet and lifestyle changes to keep your heart healthy and strong. Lisa Fligor, our Cardiac Dietitian, is teaching a Heart Disease Prevention Workshop and is also preparing Heart Healthy Foods in our Cooking Club.
