Recipe: Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup packed basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white onion
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 large clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
