Description

A three-part virtual class series focused on nutrition for individuals with a history of breast cancer. Each session will include a 60-minute presentation followed by up to 20 minutes for questions. Handouts and recipes will be provided.

  • AICR nutrition guidelines – things to limit
  • Healthy substitutions
  • Micronutrients and supplements
  • Debunking diet fads and misconceptions
  • Nutrition considerations for hormones and menopause

Week 3 – October 15: Putting It All Together

  • How to make it work
  • Practical strategies for meal planning
  • Healthy options when dining out
  • Balance and mindful eating
  • Recipes and real-life application
