Free Food Distribution and Health Screenings – Truckee
Description
Sierra Community House’s Hunger Relief Program is a food pantry that provides hunger relief services through weekly food distributions and other community food programs. The Tahoe Forest Health Resource Advocate team partners with Sierra Community House at this event, providing free health screenings and linkage to medical care, health education, and insurance. Blood sugar screenings and blood pressure screenings will be available.
*Health Screenings only available on second Tuesday of each month in Truckee
General Information about Sierra Community House Food Distribution Program:
- Community Pantry Food Distribution takes place every Tuesday from 1-5:30 p.m. at our Truckee Warehouse – 12116 Chandelle Way Unit 2D, Truckee.
 - Walk-Up Food distribution takes place every Wednesday from 3-4:30 p.m. at our Kings Beach Office – 265 Bear St, Kings Beach.
 - Walk-Up Food Distribution takes place every Thursday from 2-3:30 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church – 341 Village Blvd., Incline Village.
 - All are welcome, services are free, and no proof of income, ID, or other documents are required to receive services.

 - Households may attend one distribution per week at the location that is most convenient for them
