December 3 – Wise Minds: Keeping Your Brain Merry & Bright
Celebrate the season with therapist Sunee Zrno, LMFT, dietitian Lisa Fligor, MS, RD, and Elizabeth Schenk, BS, MBA, NBC-HWC for this festive Wise Minds session focused on brain health and well-being. Enjoy holiday-friendly tips on nutrition, social connection, and stress reduction to help you stay centered and joyful all season long.
