Mackenzie came to Tahoe to ski in 2011 and never left. Having first found her passion for oncology in 2016, she is now honored to be a part of the most caring and tirelessly dedicated team of professionals in the oncology world. Besides working closely with and supporting the Medical Oncologists to ensure excellent care from diagnosis to treatment and beyond, she also maintains her own panel of patients with benign hematologic conditions. She loves building relationships with patients, and finds the fast pace of oncology development engaging and fulfilling.

She is blessed to have built a life in Truckee with her husband and two young sons who she hopes to raise with her values of service to others and love for the outdoors. Like many Truckee locals, depending on the season you can find her out running the trails, skiing, climbing, biking, or relaxing by the water.
