Safe and Supported Backbends

Back bending poses can be deeply nourishing for the spine and connective tissues when practiced safely and with proper support. Learn the anatomy and benefits of backbends while practicing supportive variations of yoga shapes such as cobra, camel, bridge and sphinx.

This class will be accessible to all levels of practitioner, though some introductory yoga experience may be helpful.

Please bring one or two blankets for support.
