Brooke Haley, MA, E-RYT 500, RMP, is a Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master, and international wellness educator specializing in evidence-based, trauma-informed mind–body interventions. She holds a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy (summa cum laude) and received Loyola Marymount University’s Award of Excellence for leadership in integrative health.

Brooke is the founder of an award-winning global Yoga Therapy program supporting survivors of domestic violence and has supported thousands of individuals through clinically informed yogic practices. She conducts comprehensive assessments of physical, mental, and emotional health to develop individualized, holistic treatment plans and applies targeted yoga-based interventions to support improved health outcomes, resilience, and patient-centered wellness goals.

Her clinical focus includes supporting trauma survivors, oncology patients, and individuals with chronic pain, with emphasis on nervous system regulation, symptom management, and quality-of-life outcomes.
Brooke is dedicated to advancing the therapeutic benefits of yoga and integrating time-honored yogic practices with evidence-based research in clinical settings.

She has extensive experience collaborating with healthcare systems and trauma-sensitive communities, integrating yoga therapy, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and mindfulness-based stress reduction to support whole-person care.
