Recipe: Garlic Herb Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- freshly cracked pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender* and puree until smooth. You may need about 1 tablespoon water or milk if the mixture is too thick. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
- Serve with veggie sticks or whole grain crackers like Triscuits.
*If you do not have a blender you can mix this in a bowl with a spoon. The texture will be like cottage cheese and not “whipped”.
Makes 1, ¼ cup servings
