Recipe: Green Goddess Dressing for Salad Greens

Ingredients
- ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup leafy herbs (ex: dill, mint cilantro, parsley, tarragon, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice,
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 large or 2 medium garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- Salt and pepper to taste (generally ¼ teaspoon)
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add the tahini last for easier blending.
- If your dressing is too thick, add water, one tablespoon at a time, and re-blend until you get the consistency you are looking for.
