Reiki may help reduce anxiety, pain, and fatigue while supporting nervous system regulation and overall quality of life.
Yoga Therapy is a personalized, therapeutic approach to movement, breathwork, and mindfulness designed to meet you where you are. This program supports physical recovery, stress management, and emotional well-being, and is adaptable for a wide range of health conditions and abilities.
Yoga Nidra, also known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), is a guided relaxation practice that supports deep rest and nervous system regulation while the body remains physically still. This practice is commonly used to help manage stress, anxiety, fatigue, sleep disturbance, and the emotional impact of chronic conditions.
