QIP Analyst
James is a QIP Analyst that has worked at a plethora of health systems and academic institutions which has prepared him for an advanced role in quality improvement. James’ passion in this world is utilizing health system data and patient experiences to create a healthier hospital. He started on the Tahoe Forest Team in 2023 and is excited to turn quality improvement metrics into actionable efforts to improve the lives of the patients we serve. He completed his Master’s in Healthcare Management (MPH) from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health in 2023 and is continuing his education journey by taking Lean improvement classes with the help of Tahoe Forest Hospital. In his free time you can find him stacking on a rail at Northstar, writing poetry, or making his friends laugh.
